how does it work

Through my studies and own experiences, I understood that there is no single one standardized approach for health; each individual is unique and deserves a personalized approach.Modern society has created an unnatural environment and lifestyle for human beings. The speed at which the world is changing is so fast that it creates enormous stress on our bodies and minds, which can’t adapt as quickly. In return, we are left overwhelmed physically, mentally, and emotionally. All these parts of human being affect each other, and if even one is overloaded, all others will suffer too.Our mainstream health system is trying to deal with the symptoms of this. But we will focus on the root causes, which could range from food choices, sleep hygiene, movement, mental stressors, emotional traumas, subconscious and unconscious patterns and beliefs, toxic relationships, not living your legacy/purpose, etc. - possibilities could be endless. Our goal is to find where the imbalance is and bring equilibrium back to your life, which in return will give you energy, joy, and vitality.I can’t wait to see you and support you on your path to create the future you wish for!

About me

My biggest passion is health, whether it is mental, physical or emotional.Since 2010, I became invested in nutrition. From there, I went into anatomy, physiology, rehabilitation, and finally into mind and emotions. Coming to understand the complex nature of human being and seeing how body, mind, and emotions influence each other made me realize the importance of holistic view on health.That is why I became a holistic health coach - to share my passion, knowledge, and experience with everyone who wishes to lead a more fulfilled life and leave behind a healthier and happier place for future generations.

Postural correctionBetter posture leads to better energy flow throughout the body. A sedentary and lack-of-movement lifestyle can damage the musculoskeletal system in a significant way, which can further put extra stress on the nervous system and hormones. In return, mental/emotional planes might suffer too, creating a feedback loop. Most back pain can be corrected with stretching, mobilization, and strengthening exercises. We will make a full-body assessment and create a program tailored specifically to your body. We will redo the assessment once a month to keep programs as precise as possible.TBA
